This process will help to ensure that certain changes, like the creation and deletion of user accounts, are reviewed and approved accordingly.</span></span></p>

<p>No. The assignment of the different Returns to the MASNET account holder is done via the E-Returns Submission system so that does not change. The MASNET Application roles need to be assigned to those MASNET account holders that need to access the E-Return Submission System. Please refer to MASNET User Guide Appendix 1 for the roles to be assigned.</p>

<p>2FA is a security mechanism that requires 2 stages of security authentication. For example, a login id with password and a one-time password (OTP) from a device associated to the person. This device will be a mobile phone. </p>
<p>You would need to ensure mobile phone is set up in MASNET to log in to MASNET.</p>
<p>The default 2FA security mechanism is mobile SMS-OTP.</p>

MASNET Circulars And Emails
MASNET Circulars And Emails
<p>MASNET Circulars will be published on the MASNET Website instead of sending via MASNET email. A notification email will be forwarded to the corporate email of the intended Circular recipients to inform them of the newly published Circulars.</p>
<p>No. MASNET Circulars will be published centrally on MASNET Website. MASNET users who are authorized to receive Circulars will receive a notification in their corporate email. Upon receiving the notification, they may log in to MASNET Website to view the Circulars.</p>
<p>MASNET email is applicable to users who are nominated to receive MASNET invoices and/or MEPS+ Current Account Statements. It is also applicable to users that require email correspondence with other MASNET subscribers.</p>
<p>Yes. Users will be able to access the MASNET Circulars once their access have been granted by their Liaison Officer.</p>
<p>No. The MASNET Email cannot be synchronous with a Microsoft Outlook client due to security reasons.</p>
