This is because MASNET has put in place the maker and checker process to improve administrative workflow and control. <p>No. The assignment of the different Returns to the MASNET account holder is done via the E-Returns Submission system so that does not change. The MASNET Application roles need to be assigned to those MASNET account holders that need to access the E-Return Submission System. Please refer to MASNET User Guide Appendix 1 for the roles to be assigned.</p>

<p>2FA is a security mechanism that requires 2 stages of security authentication. For example, a login id with password and a one-time password (OTP) from a device associated to the person. This device will be a mobile phone. </p>

<p>The MAS-FI Transactions Platform (“MAS-Tx”) is the new single touchpoint for financial institutions to interact with MAS.</p>
<p>No, access to the system requires specific Corppass role assignments. Please work with your organisation's Corppass administrator to obtain the necessary roles and subroles for your required applications. Please expect follow-up communications through circulars on MASNET portal, which will include onboarding instructions for aforementioned Corppass setups. These communications will be sent by the end of <strong>Q3 2025</strong>, or at least one month prior to each application’s transition, and will provide the necessary steps to facilitate uninterrupted access to each application. </p>

<p>Users must actively unsubscribe to stop monthly charges. Otherwise, all MASNET account subscriptions will automatically cease by date of MASNET decommission.</p>
<p>To unsubscribe from MASNET services, please refer and follow the steps detailed in section 6.9 - “Deleting an account” of the MASNET user guide at found in the <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://masnet.mas.gov.sg/portal/downloads/">download</a> </span>section. Please ensure that the Liason Officer for your entity approves your account deletion request.</p>
<p>No pro-rated refunds will be provided for mid-month terminations. To avoid unnecessary charges, we recommend unsubscribing from MASNET once you no longer need access to any MASNET services. For instance, if you only use MASNET to access CoRe2, you may wish to unsubscribe after CoRe2's migration is complete based on specific migration dates for individual MASNET applications to be communicated separately.</p>
<p>MAS-Tx will remain subscription-free at this time. This allows financial institutions to fully explore and benefit from the platform’s features and capabilities. The fee structure is under review, and we will provide advance notice of any changes to the fee structure.</p>
