Welcome to the NEW MASNET!
MASNET is the communication network set up to provide efficient and secured communication and data exchange services between MAS and the financial institutions in Singapore. Today, MASNET has more than 2000 participating organisations comprising financial institutions, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and government agencies using its services. MASNET services include submission of electronic regulatory returns to MAS, exchange of electronic payment instruction, platform for data exchanges between participating organisations and requests from banks for deposit and withdrawal of notes and coins.

5 Jun 2026 – Login changes for Data Collection Gateway (DCG)
We refer to our circular issued on 20 May 2026 to DCG Users titled "Decommissioning of MASNET and updates to submission process and excel submission templates for Data Collection Gateway (DCG)", which announced the change in login method for the Data Collection Gateway (DCG) from MASNET ID to CorpPass between 3 - 7 Jun 2026. DCG has completed the transition, and you may now access DCG.
In the unlikely event that a user experiences difficulties accessing DCG, please check that the user has been assigned the role "Liaison Officer" if the user requires access to DCG and the ability to manage return access rights, or "Regular Data Returns" if the user requires DCG access only. If you continue to encounter error messages, please submit an FI helpdesk ticket at https://go.gov.sg/fi-helpdesk
29 May 2026 – System Works for ERSS

26 May 2026 - Cessation of access to KAH e-Services module via MASNET ID
We refer to paragraph 5 of our circular issued on 30 April 2026 to DCG/ERSS/KAH Users titled “RE: Decommissioning of MASNET Portal and Discontinuation of MASNET Services – Extension for Selected Applications”, announcing that the access to KAH e-Services module via MASNET ID will no longer be available from 30 May 2026. From 30 May 2026, all users will access the KAH e-Services module only via MAS-Tx.
In the unlikely event that a user experiences difficulties accessing KAH e-Services module via MAS-Tx, please first check that you have been assigned the “KeyApptHolder” subrole along with the “Shareholders & Management” role. If these roles have not been assigned to you, please refer to paragraphs 4 and 5 of our circular no. BD 08/25 and ID 16/25 dated 23 December 2025 for further guidance. If you continue to encounter error messages, please submit an FI helpdesk ticket at https://go.gov.sg/fi-helpdesk with a full page screenshot of your user access associated with 'FI Transactions Platform' e-Service. We will look into the matter promptly.

26 February 2026 - Login changes for KAH e-Services module
We refer to our circular no. BD 08/25 and ID 16/25 issued on 23 December 2025, which announced the change in login method for KAH e-Services module from MASNET ID to SingPass-CorpPass. For users experiencing issues when using SingPass-CorpPass login, please submit an FI helpdesk ticket at https://go.gov.sg/fi-helpdesk before accessing KAH e-Services module using MASNET ID. The access to KAH e-Services module via MASNET will continue to be available until further notice.

11 December 2025 – Plan to decommission MASNET (Updated)
Following our earlier announcement on “Plan to Decommission MASNET” dated 15 August 2025, we would like to provide an update on the status of MASNET services.
As part of MAS’ ongoing digital modernisation efforts, all MASNET services have been discontinued and migrated accordingly, with the following exceptions:
- Data Collection Gateway (DCG)
- eReturns Submission and Reporting System (ERSS)
- Key Appointment Holders - BIG (KAH)
DCG and ERSS will continue to be accessible via MASNET ID till further notice. Meanwhile, BIG (KAH) will be onboarded onto MAS-Tx in middle of December 2025. Access to MASNET will continue for one month until January 2026, after which access will be exclusively via MAS-Tx.

15 August 2025 - Plan to decommission MASNET
MASNET will be decommissioned by the end of Q4 2025. All MASNET services including MASNET portal and access to MASNET emails will be discontinued at that time.
What you need to do:
If you are an existing MASNET Subscriber, log in to MASNET portal via Singpass to view important notifications. These include -
- Alternate methods to access your applications after the MASNET decommissioning
- Transition Timeline
- Required actions for your organisation
- Follow-up communications through circulars
